BIRTH CARE
Birth Support (Includes up to 2 hours postpartum)
I will be by your side throughout the birth process, creating a safe and nurturing space tailored to your needs. My role is to help you feel at ease, offering reassurance and support as your birth unfolds.
Partner Support (if applicable): I ensure your partner has rest breaks and the opportunity to stay nourished and present.
Advocacy: I assist in navigating conversations with care providers, helping you make informed decisions and feel respected throughout your journey.
Holistic Comfort Measures: Access tools like breath guidance, relaxation massage, and yoga-inspired movements to promote comfort and relaxation during labor.
Birth Supplies Provided:
TENS unit, Rebozo, Essential oils
Full set of birth pool gear, including setup and takedown
POSTPARTUM CARE
1 Postpartum Visit & 4 weeks PP via phone/email
During this visit, I provide:
Birth Reflection: A safe space to process and reflect on your birth and any resources wanted.
Feeding Support: Assistance with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or other feeding preferences.
Newborn Care Education: Guidance on newborn care basics to help you feel confident in your new role.

POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE: HOURLY RATES
DAYTIME:
Daytime rates are $45/hour + tax and are applicable between 9am and 9pm. Each shift is a minimum of 4 hours.
Placenta Encapsulation
The placenta is a remarkable, temporary organ created by your body to sustain life. It nourishes your baby, filters and protects, produces vital hormones, and acts as the bridge between mother and child throughout pregnancy. Many cultures honor the placenta as sacred, recognizing it as a source of deep wisdom, strength, and connection. Its work does not end at birth.
Placenta consumption has been traditionally chosen to support postpartum recovery. Many parents report benefits such as improved energy, mood support, hormone balance, and a gentler transition into the early weeks of motherhood. While experiences vary, this practice is often embraced as a way to replenish the body with what it intuitively created during pregnancy.
I approach placenta encapsulation with deep respect, care, and intention. I am trained through IPPA and certified in bloodborne pathogens, food handling, and safety protocols. Each placenta is prepared individually, following strict hygiene standards, with privacy, reverence, and integrity at the forefront. This is sacred postpartum care, held with professionalism and heart.
